Posted by on September 15, 2011

REMEMBER….SAFETY FIRST! IF MIXING A LOT, A RESPIRATOR OR MASK COULD BE WORN TO KEEP DUST OUT OF LUNGS!

Tools & Materials Needed:

  • Water

Step by Step

1. Fill one bucket half way with water and a sponge 5. Add water if needed and mix till it is a peanut butter consistency
2. Pour grout powder in the dry bucket as needed 6. Make sure you mix in all powder in bucket so there are no dry powder areas
3. Add a little bit of water to powder 7. Mix all chunks out of powder, making sure grout looks smooth and consistent
4. Mix up powder with margin trowel (pointer) 8. Once grout is mixed it remains usable in bucket for about 30 minutes. Add water and remix if it gets too thick.
