How To Load A Caulk Gun

REMEMBER….SAFETY FIRST!

 

 

Tools & Materials Needed:

 

 

Step by Step

 

1. Take your tube of caulk and cut the tip about 1/4″ from tip at a 45 degree angle 5. Push bar back until it presses against the back of the caulk tube
2. Use puncture pin located on the barrel or trigger of the caulk gun to slide into the cut tip and puncture tube 6. Turn tube’s cut end toward the corner or crack
3. Push lever on the back of the caulk gun and slide bar all the way out 7. Put tip against corner or crack and pull trigger on caulk gun till caulk comes out
4. Set tube of caulk into the gun back first 8. Apply pressure to trigger and slide across corner to caulk
